The hotel facilities were very good, with tidy and spacious bedrooms that had a cozy atmosphere. the hotel was very clean with sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was perfect, as it took a very short bus ride to reach the city center and the bus stop was only a few steps away from the hotel. the hotel staff was very helpful, they provided us with a travel pass that allowed us to use the trolleybus in this city, useful.
Everything was spot on.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with information about local attractions and restaurants.
I did not have a pleasant experience due to the lack of a proper breakfast. the "so-called" breakfast consisted of just coffee and tea, without any baked goods or croissants.

We stayed in a quite spacious and clean room, with a shared bathroom next door, which was okay. the host was very friendly and even provided me an anti-tick spray when she learned I was going to the mountains. the location was quite convenient, as the bus stop was right next to the house and the beach was nearby.
The breakfast was not very satisfactory. There was no fresh croissants nor buns on the table, limiting the variety of breakfast items.

Great location near La Latenium. Friendly and helpful hostess. Complimentary travel pass. Fantastic views of the Bernese Alps. Regular bus service to the city.

Staying at this quaint guesthouse was a great idea! The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV. Plus, the location was fantastic - there were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby and the bus stop was right outside. The owner was lovely and very helpful - she even gave us a free ride coupon for the bus. Another great aspect was the shared coffee machine and water heater.
The guesthouse was quite far from downtown. However, taking the bus was very convenient, and on top of that, it was quite noisy due to the nearby road.
